Dear Customer. At Sotnick.Net we hand craft the pieces you put on order and generally ship within 3-7 days. It is always our goal to ship you items borne of the finest quality. That said, please find info in regard to Shipping and Return Policy below.
1. Domestic orders are shipped USPS at a flat shipping & handling rate of $6.95. Fed Ex is also available, but it is a weighted rate at customer expense.
Jewelry Eligible for Return:
1. Unworn, new jewelry in original condition delivered to customer in the last 30 days
2. Jewelry delivered to customer within the last 15 days that has been worn but is in same condition as received.
3. Jewelry that has been received damaged without being worn can be returned within 30 days for refund, replacement, or repair.
Jewelry NOT Eligible for Return/Refund:
1. Jewelry delivered more than 30 days ago.
2. Customized Jewelry - custom sizing or style adjustment
3. Lost jewelry (example: jewelry that falls off when wearing it)
4. Damaged from wear & tear, accidents, or negligence. (Though please note we do offer option to repair at nominal charge.)
